As an integrative therapist and wellness practitioner, I practice the three-body experience of healing:
1. Training your physical body in mobility, strength, and nutritional balance
2. Training your mind in self-awareness, meditation, and emotional reflection
3. Training your mentality/energy towards self-compassion and social unity
With these principles, I help to enhance my client’s quality of life. In our sessions, we will emphasize the restorative benefits of massage, Ayurvedic principles, Yogic postures, breathing techniques, and meditations, as well as focus on applied kinesiology to stimulate functions within the lymphatic system, nervous system, endocrine system, and organs. Manual manipulation of the body, in tandem with movement through Asana strengthens the muscular, circulatory, respiratory, and skeletal systems as one unit. I am dedicated to the philosophy that a holistic approach to the body will undoubtedly reduce pain and facilitate healing.
I look forward to helping you heal.
